National Programme Manager - Football Stewarding and Workforce Development
The National Programme Manager will lead the implementation of a football stewarding reform and improvement programme developed by the Sports Grounds Safety Authority, Premier League, and English Football League. The postholder will manage day-to-day delivery, coordinate the rollout of the SQUAD digital learning platform, and drive collaborative workstreams across clubs and stakeholders. Working closely with subject matter experts, the role combines strategic partnership management with hands-on operational delivery to enhance safety, security, and workforce development.
