Unpaid Work Operations Manager - North East
This role manages unpaid work operations to ensure community payback requirements are delivered efficiently and safely across the region. The post holder leads a mobile and dispersed team, working in partnership with local agencies and stakeholders to create purposeful work placements. Responsibilities include overseeing health and safety compliance, managing staff performance, and ensuring high service standards. Out of hours and weekend working on an on-call duty rota are required to support staff.

- Experience managing staff working with challenging people
- Understanding of the Probation Service and criminal justice
- Experience in risk management and assessment procedures
- Knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Level 3 Institution of Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent
