Unpaid Work Operations Manager - North East
This role manages unpaid work operations to ensure community payback requirements are delivered efficiently and safely. The post holder leads a dispersed team, works with local partners and criminal justice agencies to secure work placements, and oversees risk management and health and safety compliance. The position aims to reduce reoffending while making sure community projects benefit local areas. Weekend and out-of-hours on-call working will be required.

Qualifications
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
