Organisation Design and Development Practitioner - Census
This role involves providing specialist consultancy to help the Office for National Statistics and the Census programme adapt to changing priorities and improve ways of working. The postholder will partner with senior leaders to review operating models, design organisational structures, and lead organisation design and development activities. Day to day, they will analyse complex workforce data, facilitate workshops, and provide expert advice to shape how teams and processes are structured. They will work flexibly across multiple assignments in ambiguous situations to support people-centred transformation.

- Experience leading organisation design and development activity
- Ability to analyse information to inform recommendations and decisions
- Strong planning, prioritisation and project management skills
- Experience in workshop design and facilitation techniques
- Understanding of workforce planning and data interpretation
Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 Organisation Design and Development qualification or equivalent
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Ireland, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with the right to work in the UK.
Selection process
