PEP Community Payback Supervisor - National
You will directly supervise work groups of people completing unpaid community payback sentences, leading them through manual tasks like clearing overgrowth, cleaning streets, and restoring facilities. Working alongside service users, you will demonstrate good practice and drive service vehicles to transport people and equipment to various sites. You will collaborate closely with people on probation to motivate them, ensure tasks are completed to a high standard, and support their journey. This is an active, varied role within the Probation Service designed to help individuals make a positive impact on local communities.
