PEP Programme Facilitator - National
You will deliver a range of accredited rehabilitation programmes and structured interventions to people on probation, helping them to build constructive lives and reduce reoffending. Working closely with colleagues in the Interventions Team, courts, and criminal justice agencies, you will run group and individual sessions, monitor progress, and manage group dynamics. The role involves working with individuals who have committed various offences, including domestic and sexual abuse, to encourage positive behavioral change. Evening and weekend work is essential, and you will regularly travel to different locations outside your main office base to deliver programmes.
