Programme Facilitator - Bicester (South Central)
This role involves delivering accredited rehabilitation programmes and structured interventions to people on probation to help reduce reoffending. You will plan, lead, and debrief group and individual sessions focusing on emotional management, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will work closely with colleagues, probation practitioners, and treatment managers to monitor participant progress, manage group dynamics, and support risk assessments. Regular evening and weekend work is required to deliver sessions, along with travel to various delivery venues across the region.
