Programme Facilitator - Boston (Lincolnshire)
As a Programme Facilitator, you will deliver group and one-to-one rehabilitation sessions to help people on probation make positive changes and reduce reoffending. You will work within an inclusive team alongside probation practitioners and criminal justice agencies to monitor progress, manage group dynamics, and maintain accurate records. The role involves working closely with individuals who have committed various offences, providing structured interventions designed to build constructive lives in the community. You will be based regionally and will need to regularly work evening and weekend hours while travelling to different delivery locations.
