Programme Facilitator - Leicester (Leicestershire)
You will deliver rehabilitation interventions and structured programmes to people on probation to help reduce reoffending and support positive change. Working as part of the Interventions Team, you will lead group and one-to-one sessions, manage group dynamics, and monitor participant progress and wellbeing. You will collaborate closely with probation practitioners, courts, and criminal justice agencies to support effective sentence management. Evening work and regular travel to different locations are essential parts of this role.
