Programme Facilitator - Colwyn Bay (Wales)
As a Programme Facilitator, you will deliver rehabilitation interventions and structured group or individual sessions to people on probation, aiming to reduce reoffending and help individuals lead constructive lives. You will work closely with fellow team members, Probation Practitioners, courts, and criminal justice agencies to monitor progress, manage group dynamics, and share insights. The role involves regular evening and weekend work, as well as traveling to different locations to deliver programmes across a large regional area. Extensive training and support are provided to ensure you are confident and competent in successfully delivering these interventions.

Nationality requirements
