Programme Facilitator - Wrexham (Wales)
You will deliver rehabilitation interventions and structured programmes to people on probation, helping them change attitudes and reduce reoffending. Working within a regional Interventions Team, you will run group and one-to-one sessions, manage group dynamics, and monitor participant progress. You will collaborate closely with probation practitioners, courts, and criminal justice agencies while maintaining accurate records of your work. Evening work and regular travel to different delivery locations are essential parts of this role.
