Programme Facilitator - North Essex
You will deliver rehabilitation interventions and group work sessions to people on probation to help reduce reoffending and support positive life changes. Working within an inter-disciplinary interventions team, you will collaborate with probation practitioners, courts, and criminal justice agencies to monitor progress and maintain public safety. This role involves guiding individuals who have committed various offences, including domestic abuse and violent crimes, to help them build constructive lives in the community. You will also travel to different locations and regularly work evening and weekend hours to deliver these essential programmes.
