Programme Facilitator - Suffolk
As a Programme Facilitator, you will deliver group and one-to-one rehabilitation interventions to help people on probation make meaningful and sustained changes in their lives. You will work within the Probation Service, collaborating closely with fellow team members, probation practitioners, courts, and criminal justice agencies to reduce reoffending and protect the public. Your day-to-day duties involve running structured sessions, managing group dynamics, monitoring progress and wellbeing, and keeping accurate records.
