Programme Facilitator - Yorkshire and the Humber Probation Service - York
You will deliver rehabilitation interventions and structured programmes to people on probation to help reduce reoffending and support positive change. Working in a supportive team, you will run group and one-to-one sessions, manage challenging behaviours, and maintain accurate records while collaborating closely with criminal justice colleagues. You will work alongside probation practitioners, courts, and external stakeholders to monitor progress and encourage pro-social behaviour in the community. This role requires regular travel to different locations and frequent evening work to deliver programmes outside of standard office hours.

Selection process
Interviews are expected to take place between 4th November 2026 and 18th November 2026, including a facilitation exercise.
