Programmes Manager - HMP Wayland
The job holder manages drug, alcohol and offending behaviour programmes within the prison establishment to ensure delivery meets required standards. You will lead a team of facilitators and administrative staff while planning and executing the service delivery agreement for these courses. The role involves working closely with psychological services and the senior management team to support prisoner rehabilitation and reduce reoffending. Additionally, you will oversee complex interventions, monitor performance data, and ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
