Quantity Surveyor & Projects Manager
You will lead complex capital projects and lifecycle replacement programmes from concept to completion within the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency estate. You will work with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure value for money, compliance with statutory requirements, and sustainable facilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities include preparing specifications, evaluating tenders, managing budgets and risks, and providing leadership to a direct team. This role is based in Swansea and requires participation in an on-call rota for operational support.

Qualifications
- Quantity Surveying - Degree, Level 7 Diploma
