Quantity Surveyor
You will provide accountable technical advice and assurance across the Met Office estate, including the headquarters in Exeter and frontline sites. Your day involves leading condition surveys, lifecycle assessments, and maintenance plans, as well as defining technical requirements and preparing scopes and tender information. You will work closely with property management, facilities management, and commercial colleagues to ensure works are safe, compliant, and sustainable. Additionally, you act as a trusted technical adviser and intelligent client to support effective property and project decisions.
