Senior Operations Leader
You will lead a large, geographically diverse team in the front line operations of the Department for Work and Pensions, fighting fraud in the welfare system. You will be accountable for managing performance, driving continuous improvement, and overseeing the implementation of new policies and procedures. Working closely with senior colleagues and external partners, you will champion collaboration and set strategic business priorities. Please note that this role requires frequent travel and overnight stays.
