Senior Quantity Surveyor
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the Defence Housing Service, you will lead cost management activities and provide expert commercial advice across a diverse portfolio of accommodation projects. You will prepare estimates, manage project budgets, resolve contract disputes, and ensure value for money from public funds while working with internal and external stakeholders. You will help deliver high-quality infrastructure improvements for the UK's Armed Forces and their families.

- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying with construction project experience
- Expertise in construction work valuation, budget forecasting, and cost analysis
- Ability to manage complex or multi-site projects and competing priorities
- Experience working with framework contracts and procurement frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Full UK driving licence
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Republic of Ireland, Commonwealth, EU, Swiss, Norwegian, Icelandic, Liechtenstein, and Turkish nationals with relevant work rights or EUSS status.
