Traffic Examiner
You will carry out roadside checks on heavy goods vehicles and passenger transport at various locations to ensure compliance with road safety regulations and driver hours. You will work within an enforcement team to inspect vehicles, analyze tachograph records, and prepare accurate reports for prosecution cases or the Traffic Commissioner. You will also respond to customer queries, offer professional advice, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain safety standards. The role involves working outdoors, handling challenging public interactions, and engaging in lone working as part of the enforcement duties.

Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
Nationality requirements

Selection process
Sift takes place on 20th October 2026. Interviews and written exercises are held in person from 4th to 20th November 2026.
