Trainee Legal Adviser - North West
Trainee legal advisers provide impartial legal advice to magistrates in criminal, civil and family courts, assisting with court procedures and the drafting of judgment reasons. You will work within courtrooms on case management hearings and liaise with external agencies involved in justice services. Supported by a mentor throughout an 18-month training programme, you will develop professional legal skills while working in a fast-paced environment. Once qualified, you will act as the professional face of the court, ensuring all attendees are treated with respect.

- Excellent communication skills with the self-assurance to speak in court
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to make effective decisions
- Resilient and able to remain calm under pressure in challenging situations

Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU/EEA and Turkish nationals with the appropriate right to work.
