Trainee Legal Adviser - London
Trainee legal advisers work within HM Courts and Tribunals Service to provide impartial and objective legal advice to magistrates on points of law, practice, and procedure. They assist with the formulation and drafting of reasons behind judicial judgments and help conduct case management hearings in criminal, civil, and family courts. Working in a fast-moving frontline court environment, they liaise with outside agencies and act as the professional face of the court system. Trainees receive a structured two-year training program with mentorship to develop their legal careers within the justice system.

Qualifications
- Legal Practice Course (LPC) or SQE1 and SQE2 stages
- Bar Training Course or equivalent for Barristers
- CILEx Level 3 and Level 6 Diplomas in Law and Practice
- CILEx Graduate Fast Track Diploma
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with appropriate working rights or EUSS status.
