Trainee Legal Adviser - London
Trainee legal advisers work within HM Courts and Tribunals Service to support the smooth running of the justice system by advising magistrates on points of law, practice, and procedure. You will assist with drafting the reasons behind judicial judgments and conduct case management hearings in a fast-paced court environment. Mentored throughout a structured training programme, you will collaborate closely with judicial office-holders, administrative colleagues, and outside agencies. The role offers an opportunity to develop a professional legal career while helping to deliver an accessible and efficient justice system.

Qualifications
- Legal Practice Course (LPC) or SQE1 and SQE2
- Bar Training Course or equivalent for Barristers
- CILEx Level 3 and Level 6 Diplomas in Law and Practice
- CILEx Graduate Fast Track Diploma
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with relevant right to work or EUSS status.
