As a work coach at the Department for Work and Pensions, you will help individuals and their families move towards financial independence through work. You will provide face-to-face, digital, and telephone support to customers claiming various benefits, offering tailored advice and connecting them with local employment opportunities. Working in a busy jobcentre environment, you will manage your own caseload and make timely, compassionate decisions to help people through challenging times.
