Workplace Wellbeing Co-ordinator (non operational)
The job holder will be responsible for coordinating and delivering a local reflective practice model within prisons to improve staff resilience, confidence, and retention. They will provide advice and guidance to governors, senior leaders, and line managers to ensure effective wellbeing practices and framework implementation. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to manage wellbeing events, post-incident care, and health initiatives across the establishment. Additionally, the coordinator will act as a point of contact for specialist advice regarding staff absences and mental health concerns.

Nationality requirements
