Youth Justice Worker - HMP Feltham
You will work as a Youth Justice Worker at a youth custody facility, supporting children and young people to help them build better futures. Your day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring the safety and security of young people, facilitating safe movement around the site, and handling interventions or de-escalating challenging situations. You will collaborate closely with families, carers, and other professionals to assess complex needs and agree on supportive interventions. Ultimately, your role is to provide vital guidance and care in a demanding custodial environment to help vulnerable young individuals make lasting positive changes.
