Child Maintenance Service - Deduction Order Case Manager
Case Managers in the Child Maintenance Service enforce and manage deduction orders to collect child maintenance and arrears directly from paying parents' bank or building society accounts. They use specialized digital systems to handle complex cases, investigate missed payments, and apply legislative powers while communicating professionally with parents and financial institutions. Working collaboratively within service centre teams, they make informed enforcement decisions to ensure children receive the financial support they are entitled to.
