Child Maintenance Service - Head of Service for Enforcement
You will lead and inspire a large team of up to one thousand colleagues across multiple locations as the Head of Service for Enforcement within the Child Maintenance Service. Your role involves driving strategic leadership and operational delivery, managing outsourced partnerships, and overseeing the Financial Investigations Unit to prevent fraud. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders across the department, policy teams, digital specialists, and ministers to implement major service transformations. Additionally, you will travel frequently for site visits, respond to parliamentary and customer enquiries, and guide your teams through significant operational change.
