Investigations - Operational Leader
Investigations Operational Leaders support the delivery of customer service, quality, and performance across sites within the Department for Work and Pensions. They directly line manage a team, provide strong leadership, and drive high performance while ensuring an inclusive and supportive work environment. Postholders work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders such as the police and local authorities, conduct interviews under caution, review prosecution cases, and give evidence in court. The role involves managing operational resources efficiently, improving the customer experience, and undertaking mandatory counter fraud training and apprenticeships.

Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Accredited Counter Fraud Manager (ACFM)

Nationality requirements
This job is broadly open to UK nationals, nationals of the Republic of Ireland, Commonwealth citizens, EU/EEA/Swiss nationals with settled status, and Turkish nationals.
Selection process
