Universal Credit Job Centre - Work Coach - Northeast England
As a work coach, you will help individuals and their families move towards financial independence through work and access the support they need. You will work face-to-face, digitally, and over the telephone to provide tailored guidance, match people to job vacancies, and manage a caseload. You will collaborate with customers, local employers, colleagues, and service partners to deliver an empathetic and customer-focused public service. This role is based within the Department for Work and Pensions to support citizens through challenging times.

Nationality requirements
This job is broadly open to UK nationals, Irish nationals, Commonwealth citizens with the right to work, EU/EEA/Swiss nationals with settled or pre-settled status, and Turkish nationals.
Selection process
Candidates must complete an online situational judgement test followed by a face-to-face interview assessed against Civil Service behaviours and strengths.
