Universal Credit Work Coach - Aberdeen
As a Universal Credit Work Coach, you will help individuals and families achieve financial independence through employment. You will provide face-to-face, digital, and telephone support to claimants, offering tailored guidance on job searching, local employment opportunities, and benefit requirements. Working within an office environment at the Department for Work and Pensions, you will collaborate with colleagues, manage a caseload, and make timely decisions to connect customers with appropriate services.

Nationality requirements

Selection process
Candidates must complete an online Civil Service Judgement Test by 2nd October 2026, followed by a written personal statement sift and a face-to-face interview lasting up to 45 minutes.
