Universal Credit Work Coach - North Scotland
Work Coaches help individuals and their families move towards financial independence through work while accessing necessary welfare support. You will work face-to-face, digitally, and by phone to provide tailored guidance, match people with job opportunities, and manage a personal caseload. Working in a customer-focused team, you will collaborate with colleagues, local employers, and support partners to make a positive difference in people's lives.

Selection process
Online Civil Service Judgement Test followed by a virtual interview held on MS Teams.
