Work Psychologist
Work Psychologists use evidence-based occupational psychology tools to support benefits claimants to move closer to and into employment. You will work directly with customers who live with health conditions, disabilities, or other challenges through assessments and group interventions. You will also build the capability of Jobcentre colleagues to apply psychological principles in their daily work. The role involves collaborating with internal and external partners to promote the Work Psychology service.

Qualifications
- BSc Psychology or equivalent conferring Graduate Basis for Chartership
- MSc Occupational Psychology approved as Stage 1 by the BPS
- Enrolled or eligible to enrol on BPS Qualification Stage 2

This job is broadly open to UK nationals, nationals of the Republic of Ireland, Commonwealth citizens, and EU/EEA/Swiss nationals with settled status.
Selection process
Written sift from 26th to 29th October. Assessment centre and interviews take place between 12th and 19th November via live video call.
